Last week a Dispatch article and a channel 10 news piece covered the increase in water/sewer charges. The article referenced funding for a Lower Olentangy Tunnel Project (LOT)and stated that LOT starts in Clintonville. According to released documents the northernmost boundary of the tunnel is currently Tuttle Park just south of Maynard Ave In the University District).
