- Consider previous meeting’s minutes.
- Demolition Agenda: A request to waive the waiting period to demolish the home at 539 Yaronia Dr.
- Variance Agenda.
- BZA21-118, 3028 North High St. (Brewster’s Pub). The applicant seeks a parking variance from 3 spaces to 0 to permit them to operate a patio. CC3312.49.
- BZA21-137, 3330 Indianola Ave. (Burger King). The applicant seeks variances to:
- Reduce the minimum width of the principal building along a primary building frontage from 60% to 42% of the lot width. CC3372.605.
- To increase the amount of parking permitted on the side of the building from 50% to 77%. CC3372.604.
- BZA21-145, 3632-3640 Indianola Ave. (The Avenue Apartments). Although the property overall has 593 parking spaces where 526 are required, the applicant seeks a variance from CC3312.49 to decrease the parking required on four lots as follows: Lot 2, 75 to 8 spaces; lot 3, 3 to 0 spaces; lot 5, 3 to 0 spaces; lot 6, 45 to 14 spaces.
