4. Demolition waiting-period waiver agenda: 50 Graceland Blvd. Application Information.
5. Discussion of next year’s committee. Clarification on whether the terms of current members expire after the January or February meeting.
6. Announce that the next meeting of the Clintonville Area Commission will be January 5, 2023, 7:00 p.m., at the Whetstone Library.
