      1. Increase the height of a detached garage from 15’-0” to 17′ 10″, CC3332.38(G).
      2. Increase the garage size from 720 sf to 864 sf (36’L x24’W), CC3332.38(F).
   2. BZA24-136, 257 E. Como Ave. Application. In order to enclose their existing front porch, the applicant seeks variances to reduce the required frontage from 25′ to 20′. CC3332.20 and CC3332.21.
   3. CV24-115, 216 Orchard Lane. Application Revised site plan. The applicant seeks variances to:
      1. Increase the height of a detached garage from 15’-0” to 18′ 10″. CC3332.38(G).
