      2. Increase the garage size from 720 sf to 864 sf (36’L x24’W), CC3332.38(F).
    2. BZA24-136, 257 E. Como Ave. Application. In order to enclose their existing front porch, the applicant seeks variances to reduce the required frontage from 25′ to 20′. CC3332.20 and CC3332.21.
