CAC Leadership Updates
During our January Meeting, CAC elected the following Commissioners to leadership roles:
- Brittany Boulton, District 5 – Chair
- Paul Lada, District 1 – Vice Chair
- Mark Moritz, District 6 – Secretary
We will vote on our Treasurer at the February 2025 meeting. This leadership slate appointed the following chairs with support of the full CAC:
- Stephen Hardwick, Zoning & Variance Chair
- Eliza Pendexter, Planning & Development Chair
- Melissa Doll, Elections Chair
- Ryan Foshee & Annalies Kern, Green Team Co-Chairs

CAC Volunteer Opportunities
The CAC is in need of a new Tech & PR Chair. Please email brittanyforclintonvilleATgmail.com. This role is integral in posting public meeting notices to our website and sharing relevant neighborhood content to our social media.
The CAC will appoint Committee Members to our standing committees at the upcoming February 6th Meeting. Please email our committee chairs with a brief statement of interest and short bio (this can be a few sentences long) as well as your address in order to volunteer to serve on a committee by January 25th. Commissioners will approve committee slates on February 6th and members will begin serving immediately and through January 26th. Contact info below to submit interest:
