1. Call to order.
2. Approve agenda.
3. Announcement: The next meeting of the Committee will be January 29, 2020.
4. Consider previous meeting’s minutes.
5. Variance agenda: BZ19-137, 135 Orchard Lane. Homeowner Douglas Rubel seeks variances to:
   1. Decrease the driveway width from 10’ to 4’ 2” due to a shared driveway with a neighbor, CC3332.26(E).
   2. Increase the maximum height from 15’ to 20’, CC3332.38(G); and
   3. Reduce the minimum side yard from 3’ to its current 1’11”, CC3312.13(A);
6. Announcement: After Committee consideration, the variance applications will likely be heard by the Clintonville Area Commission on Thursday, January 2, 2010, 7:00 p.m., at the Whetstone Library.
7. Time permitting, comments on the draft practices of the committee.
8. Adjournment.
