2. N High (North lot) of former White Castle/Patrick J’s site. Variance for overlay waiver over sewer easement and north. All present voted yes. (7) (1 abstain, conflict of interest) Building site review vote will be the University Area Commission’s September meeting.
3. Letter of Support for grant application/ “Olentangy Trail the Final Gap Northmoor–Clinton Como”. All present voted yes. (8)
4. Garage Height Variance- E Weber Rd. All present voted yes. (8)
