Last week, MORPC launched a survey to find out why and how people use data about Central Ohio (in fact, you may have received an email from us inviting you to participate).
To ensure broad representation from across our region, we are asking key local stakeholders to help us distribute the survey. We would be most appreciative if you could email the survey to your constituent/contact list and share via social media. To help, I’ve included sample tweets and email text for your use.

The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) is conducting a survey to find out why and how people use data about the Central Ohio region. We need feedback from current and potential data users to help us understand how to provide data in the ways that are most useful to the people and organizations who need it.You may be wondering if you are the ‘right’ kind of data user to take this survey—the answer is almost certainly ‘yes’. We know that data is everywhere these days–whether it’s a big or small part of your life, chances are, you use data in some way. Regardless, MORPC would like to know more about that. Participation in this survey will provide MORPC, and its partner organizations, with valuable information about how to collect, maintain, analyze and provide data resources to the Central Ohio region.
